12/1/2023 0 Comments Rockstar club crawl vegas![]() ![]() Vegas Rockstar has been avoiding,at all costs, giving us an explanation. The run-around we were given was ridiculous. We booked a private sunset plane ride that included a three-course champagne dinner on the private plane and car service for $700. We had a terrible experience with a different side of Vegas Rockstar VIP. This club crawl tour was the worst experience of my entire Vegas trip. (I still haven't seen the check after 3 weeks, by the way.) When the company called to reschedule, they agreed to a refund, but only decided to refund me $12 of the $200 I paid since I guess the helicopter tour we took comprised almost all of the cost, even though a regular club crawl tour runs about $100 per person. I wasn't going to be in Vegas much longer and already had the rest of my trip planned out, so rescheduling wasn't an option. I was also baffled why the company couldn't send out another host/hostess. After all the stress of getting there, she couldn't provide prior warning that she was feeling ill? I would think in or before the fifteen minutes from when she left us till when she texted us, she could have at least made an effort to communicate she'd do her best but wasn't sure the trip could go the whole night. Then midway through the very first club, she texted that she had to cancel the rest of the tour because she wasn't feeling well and promised she would reschedule. She seemingly gave them preferential treatment, like giving them the information shpiel before communicating the same info to the entire group, which I felt was exclusionary and highly unprofessional. Once we eventually met, the hostess was nice enough, but after a while, she broke off with a couple of people that she seemed to click with right away. Finally, about five minutes later, one of the other gals got a hold of her on the phone to retrieve information. The communication from our hostess was severely lacking-not only were details missing about the meet-up location itself and commuting to the meet-up location, but she refused to answer her phone when I called, insisting I text and then failed to return my texts in a timely manner, especially considering there was conflicting information from multiple sources, and I was anxiously awaiting a response from this woman in order to get to the meet spot on time. The other party members in my helicopter tour group were told different locations. The helicopter tour was fantastic, but I didn't learn until later that it was an entirely separate entity, so this review is in no way a reflection of the helicopter tour company.įrom the start, there was confusion on where to meet. This tour was part of a Groupon package I purchased that included a helicopter tour. Perhaps a partial refund or a discount for the next time my friends come, because like I stated above, it would have been worth the $40, not the $70 or $90 asking online. I wont be going through this service again unless they give me a reason to. I am guessing you have my money now and dont care but I am a local here in Las Vegas and when my friends come to visit we like to do group tour deals. It would have been worth the $40 groupon deal but certainly not the full $70 price I paid. Wasnt as cool as I was expecting for vegas standards of "vip". With a group of 15 paying $90 per person, we could have done all this and then some, or at least had a place to sit. The tour was a ton of fun, however I wont go though your service again because it was hyped up way more than it was worth. VIP I suppose doesn't mean you will have a place to sit either because we were shunned from every place to sit being told it was going to cost us $$$. We waited in every line, and the guide made us the most disgusting drinks. "No cover charges or waiting in line.Enjoy unlimited summer cocktails such as margaritas, daiquiris and more on board the bus.And just to make sure we keep the party going, we have a daquiri bar on board." Obviously this was not true. "Then After that you are off into our limo party bus for a tour of the Las Vegas Strip." Nope, we took a bus to the sign, no tour of the strip occurred, and again, waited in line for 30 minutes to get a photo. Then we paid $16+ per drink, no specials were included. We waited in the venus pool line for 30 minutes just to have them not recognize our "VIP stamps" and tried to make us pay until we located our guide. First off out tour guide did the very minimum possible to guide us. The advertisement says "You will start at a party pool where you will relax and enjoy drink specials." This is a false advertisement. Us and 15 other people paid $70 a piece (unless grouponed) to be on this "VIP Pass" which was very fun, but certainly not VIP. Two of my friends and I recently were on the "vip" pool party bus pass last week. ![]()
